This month, you'll learn how to shuck from Chef Robin, plus secrets to a good mignonette, and other fun pairings. Once you shuck, enjoy your oysters with a few different wine pairings and see how great oysters and wine can be for an end of summer treat! This hands-on "Oyster Party" is part of our Supper Club Series.
Supper Club is a monthly dinner with a different theme each time. From guest chefs, to featured produce, to visiting winemakers and more; there's always something unique at Supper Club.
